One Hundred® is hosting several races across the globe to create the One Hundred® World Series, the first ultra mountain trail world series. This global competition consists of five events, spanning across two continents, and a USD $135,500 total purse.

Each race was carefully planned to include the entire mountain trail running community, from beginners to elite athletes, with various distances to accommodate every participant.

Among these five events is Kodiak Big Bear, which now joins the One Hundred® World Series. This race will be hosted in the alpine village of Big Bear Lake in California, United States of America, staying true to its original roots - and routes!

This year marks the 10th edition of the Kodiak race and promises an even greater level of adrenaline throughout the whole course, staying faithful to its long history of challenging races. The event will be hosted from August 18-21, 2022. The registrations are open until August 14, 2022 or until sold out.

The One Hundred® World Series opens a new door in the mountain trail running universe by taking ultra distances worldwide in a joint, global competition. This massive series kicks off on April 21, 2022, with the first race happening in Paraty, Brazil - the One Hundred® Caminho do Ouro.
