2018 Trail Work Day in Siberia Canyon - Saturday, July 28th!
EARN YOUR TRAIL KARMA!
Since the first Kodiak in 2013, Paul Romero, Matt Smith, and many others have been clearing the trail that connects the Siberia Canyon trail across Bear Creek to Camp Creek trail, making it possible to run a full loop around the entire Big Bear Valley! The trail had not been used in over 20 years so you can imagine the amount of manzanita overgrowth they had to fight their way through.
Join us again this year to keep the tradition going! We will work once again with our friends at the Big Bear Valley Trails Foundation to improve another section of the Siberia Creek Trail, which was adopted by Kodiak Ultra Marathons.

Meet at Champion Lodgepole Pine Trail Head at 7am and head down deep into Siberia Creek Canyon to make our favorite trail nice and pretty. We'll have food, cold beverages, and Kodiak swag giveaways waiting for you at the top after the hike out. Hope to see you there. Let us know if you have any questions!
